Rules & Regulations

These Rules & Regulations govern how buyers and sellers use Zonero ("Zonero", "we", "us"). By posting ads, buying items, or using chat on the platform you agree to follow these rules. We may update listings, suspend accounts, or ban sellers who break them.

• List only items or services you legally own or are authorised to sell.
• Use accurate titles, prices, photos, condition, brand, model, and location.
• Choose the correct category and subcategory for your ad.
• Keep one active ad per unique item; remove duplicates.
• Respond honestly to buyer questions in chat.

• Illegal goods, weapons, drugs, stolen property, or counterfeit products.
• Adult content, hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory listings.
• Misleading prices, bait-and-switch offers, or fake discounts.
• Stock photos that do not show the actual item being sold.
• Spam, repeated reposts, or keyword stuffing to manipulate search.
• Requests to pay outside the platform when doing so bypasses buyer safety.
• Personal data of third parties (CNIC numbers, private addresses, etc.).

• Upload clear photos of the real item from multiple angles where possible.
• Do not use watermarks, logos, or contact details covering the product.
• State defects, wear, missing parts, and what is included in the sale.
• For vehicles and electronics, provide honest details about condition and history.

• Display the full asking price in PKR unless the category allows negotiation.
• Do not hide fees or change the price after a buyer commits without disclosure.
• Do not pressure buyers to pay off-platform to avoid marketplace protections.
• Campaign entry fees and featured-ad payments must use official Zonero flows.

• Be respectful to buyers, sellers, and Zonero staff.
• No threats, abuse, scams, or impersonation.
• Do not share malicious links or attempt to phish account credentials.
• Report suspicious behaviour through support channels.

• Provide truthful information during identity verification when requested.
• Do not submit forged documents or attempt multiple fake verifications.
• Verified badges may be revoked if misuse is detected.

If we find a violation we may reject an ad, unpublish it, delete it, restrict your account, or permanently ban you from selling. When action is taken because of a rules breach, we will notify you with the reason and may link back to this page.

• Reject / unpublish: ad hidden until you fix the issue and resubmit if allowed.
• Delete: ad removed permanently.
• Account ban: all listings unpublished; you cannot post new ads.

If you believe we made a mistake, email support@zonero.pk with your account email, ad title or product ID, and a short explanation. We review appeals within a reasonable time but reinstatement is not guaranteed.
